Cancer treatment in Israel
K.R.V Medical Group organizes cancer treatment at the leading Israeli clinics — Sheba, Ichilov (Sourasky), Assuta and Rafael. We work directly with hospitals and oncology departments, with no agency markups: you get a diagnostic and treatment program at the clinic's price, plus full support in Russian, English and Hebrew. Israeli oncology combines evidence-based medicine with modern technology — proton therapy, immunotherapy, targeted drugs and CAR-T cell therapy.
Why Israel
- Five-year survival for several solid tumors in Israel exceeds the European average per OECD and ICR data.
- Access to drugs and protocols approved by the FDA and EMA, often 3–6 months before they are registered in the CIS.
- Strong hematology and bone marrow transplantation schools (Sheba Medical Center is on Newsweek's World's Best Hospitals list).
- Full cycle within 7–21 days: extended diagnostics, multidisciplinary Tumor Board, start of treatment.
Treatment and diagnostic methods
Proton therapy
Precise irradiation of tumors near critical structures (brain, skull base, pediatric oncology). The Sheba center is the only one in the region.
CAR-T cell therapy
Immunotherapy with modified T-lymphocytes for lymphomas and leukemias that do not respond to standard treatment.
Immunotherapy (PD-1, PD-L1, CTLA-4)
Pembrolizumab, Nivolumab, Atezolizumab and combination protocols for melanoma, NSCLC, renal cell cancer.
Targeted therapy
Drug selection based on the tumor's molecular profile (NGS sequencing, BRCA, EGFR, ALK, HER2).
Minimally invasive and robotic surgery
Da Vinci, laparoscopy, HIPEC for peritoneal carcinomatosis.
Gamma Knife and Cyberknife radiosurgery
Stereotactic treatment of brain tumors, metastases and inoperable lesions.

How much does cancer treatment in Israel cost?▾
The range depends on diagnosis and protocol: extended diagnostics — from $4,500, chemotherapy — from $3,800 per cycle, immunotherapy — from $9,000 per infusion, proton therapy — from $95,000 per full course. K.R.V Medical passes on the clinic's price without markups; payment goes directly to the hospital.
How long does it take to start treatment?▾
The diagnostic program starts within 3–7 days after we receive your medical documents. The treatment plan is approved at the Tumor Board, typically within 5–10 days after arrival.
Can I get a second opinion without travelling to Israel?▾
Yes. We arrange a telemedicine consultation with an oncologist from Sheba, Ichilov or Assuta and a written second opinion on histology and imaging within 5–10 business days.
Is proton therapy available?▾
Yes. The proton center operates at Sheba Medical Center and treats international patients with pediatric oncology, brain, skull base, head and neck tumors.
Is pediatric oncology treated in Israel?▾
Yes. The pediatric oncology department at Sheba and pediatric hematology at Ichilov specialize in leukemias, lymphomas, CNS tumors and neuroblastomas. Programs include parent and psychologist support.
Is a visa required for treatment?▾
Citizens of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus and most CIS countries do not need a visa for a medical visit of up to 90 days. If needed, the clinic prepares an official invitation.
